About Us

How it all got Started...

With the combination of Michael Lorigo having a very entrepreneurial background, a love of good ice cream and Alex Ognibene having a culinary and catering background we decided to create a complete custom ice cream experience with the use of liquid nitrogen. The process allows not only for the best ice cream you will ever have but allows the guest to completely customize their own ice cream. The process allows us to make each guest fresh ice cream within 30 seconds. The guest can pick from any number of flavors and mix-in’s.

However not only will you get completely custom, fresh, smooth, and eco friendly ice cream, you will also get a great show for all of your guests. The process creates cold fog and the fog rolls out of the bowl and off the table, this combined with our lighting effects creates a one of a kind experience that your guests will never forget.
